A second $172 Billion USD$ bailout was handed to the Greeks, not that they really wanted to take it but they were essentially given no choice. With only a slim chance to bring the country on the path to economic recovery, the people have become debt slaves to the rest of their mistrustful partners. This is not about Greece, a small cog in the economic wheel; this is about the potential of the bigger fish being fried, including, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Ireland. The Greek economy will remain in a deep recession even with their debt load reduced to 120% of annual economic output from 160% in 2020. The citizens will rebel and Europe  may not be the destination of choice in the upcoming months or years. Think before you intend to travel.

Existing Home Sales in the USA rose 4.3% in January and as a result, construction jobs in home renovations grew by  5.8%. The upswing goes hand in hand as good deals are perceived with those that have money, patience and foresight.
